EXCHANGES

You can make an exchange in these cases…

  • You got your size wrong.
  • The product was defective when received.
  • The product didn’t meet your expectations.

In all cases, any product returned for an exchange must be in perfect conditions and unused, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange and refund. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary packaging to make sure the products arrive in good condition. We advise to use a delivery provider using shipment tracking in order to make sure the package is returned properly.

How to make an exchange:

  1. Contact us at orders@dvalentina.com and let us know why you want to change your item.
  2. Send back your item to our customer service offices (we recommend to use a company that offers a tracking service):

  3. As soon as your exchange has been approved by our Customer Service team, your new item will be shipped

DVALENTINA does not take any responsibility for any lost parcel, and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the parcel contains all of the necessary information to be delivered to the correct address.

How many days you have to submit the exchange:

Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Exchange costs:

In the case where DValentina sent a defective product or a size that doesn’t correspond to what the client asked for, exchanges costs will be handled by DValentina. In every other case, all costs associated with product exchanges will be the buyer’s responsibility. The exchange expenses will be of 5,95€ and will need to be paid through bank wire transfer or PayPal, before the exchange is made.

For international exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the due procedure and conditions.

Should you want to proceed with the exchange of any product of a different price, any difference will be settled through PayPal or bank wire transfer. Exchanges for cheaper products are not allowed.

RETURNS

DVALENTINA does not accept any returns except when the order is delivered in bad condition (defective items) or when DValentina sent a different size than the one asked for the client.

If you did not receive your items in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

How to make a return:

  3. Once your return has been approved, the refund will be made to the account you used to place your order.
  4. After your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, it may take up to 10 business days before you see the money back in your account.
